In our history of more than 20 years as Fine Chemical Department, we have
been developing and improving many extraction and purification techniques. These
techniques have enabled us to produce various pharmaceutical raw materials. We
have also DMFs (Drug Master File) in the United States for some products.
The lipid composition of egg yolk lecithin (Phospholipids) is very similar
to the one that composes human being. Our egg yolk lecithin has been used in
pharmaceutical products such as fat emulsion, lipid micro-sphere, and so on as
natural emulsifier. Also, it could be applied for pharmaceuticals of topical
use.
Sodium hyaluronate has been used in the drug for arthritis, for ophthalmia
including the eye drops and the medical device for the surgery of cataract, for
topical use, and so on.
We have done the validation study for removal and elimination of viruses for
our sodium hyaluronate, HA-AM. Also our plant for the production of HA-AM is
complied with c-GMP (current GMP) of the United States. The more elderly people
would be increased, the more mentioned drugs would be needed. The study of sodium
hyaluronate has been still vigorously expanded in pharmaceutical field.
