For the third SalaCon, we solicited recipes in five sections, and received a total of 891 recipes from various countries.
Here are 14 winning recipes selected through employees' voting and a tasting panel.

This dish can be easily prepared in a microwave.
A soy sauce-based dressing is added to suit Japanese tastes.
It has a simple taste that will please even those who aren't fond of eggplant.

I used cucumber as the hull, shaped potato salad into the body of the ship, and topped it with colorful vegetables, fruits, and shrimp.
Various ingredients add nutrients and colors to this dish with good balance.
The key is to cut each cucumber in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and fill the cucumber with plenty of potato salad.
